SHIPPING POLICY
Small Water Customs ships all products from the shop when they are finished. There is never a set date on when they are finished, as they are hand carved and as this is a student owned business.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Small Water Customs products are all tested, tuned, and built in house. We do not sell a single product without testing or tuning it. It is a moral thing for me to not sell a single product that does not run well. If it doesn't run well, it gets scrapped. If you are not satisfied with your product, get in touch with us and we will discuss you getting a new bait.
